This course, equivalent to 3 days of training, provides the knowledge, skills, and tools to achieve competency in installing, configuring, and managing the VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance environment. In this course, you are introduced to the installation methods of VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance™ across various supported platforms and troubleshooting tools that help you install, manage, and troubleshoot your VMware Telco Cloud Service Assurance environment. In addition, you are presented with various types of configuration options, which you will identify, analyze, and navigate through as you explore the UI and configurable options of the product. This course contains lab simulation activities to guide you through interactive scenarios to reinforce the skills covered in this course.


This course is also available in an Instructor-Led Training (ILT) format.

Prerequisites

Before taking this course, you must complete the following course:

  • VMware Telco Cloud Service Operations (TCOps) Fundamentals 2020
  • VMware Telco Cloud Operations v1.1

You should also have understanding or knowledge of these technologies:

  • Good understanding of TCP/IP services and protocols
  • Substantial knowledge of TCP/IP networking
  • Substantial knowledge of containers and VMware Tanzu Kubernetes Grid
  • Experience with working at the Linux command line
