This course is designed to provide students with the necessary knowledge and skills required to perform the essential tasks related to the operation, maintenance, monitoring and troubleshooting of Cisco Cloud products and solutions.


This is the second of the courses required by students looking to achieve the Cisco Certified Network Associate Cloud Certification.


This course is worth 30 Credits in the Continuing Education Program.


Objectives

After completing this course you should be able to:

  • Identify the components of the Cisco Cloud management software solution
  • Understand the fundamentals of Cloud infrastructure administration
  • Describe reporting and charge-back
  • Provision Clouds using pre-configured templates
  • Perform Cloud management, monitoring and remediation
