Cisco CUCM 11.x New Features

This workshop prepares delegates for configuring a Cisco Unified Communications Manager solution. This course focuses on new features of Cisco Unified Communications Manager Version 10.x and 11.x. Please note the basics of Unified Communications Manager are not included in this course.
