AI Engineering with MCP and LangChain
Code: AIEAI Engineering with MCP and LangChain Course Overview
This is a 12-week to 15-week hands-on program for software engineers who want to build production-ready AI applications. It focuses on the LangChain ecosystem (LangChain, LangGraph, LangSmith) and includes Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
This cohort-style course takes participants from foundational AI concepts to developing real-world AI applications, such as chatbots, AI assistants, intelligent agents, multi-agent frameworks, and automated workflows.
This is a hybrid course that combines: recorded sessions, hands-on work assignments, weekly live sessions with the expert, and an online community.
By the end of this cohort, participants will understand AI engineering, how to create your own MCP agents and MCP servers, and how to connect them to your own AI clients or existing ones such as Copilot or Cursor, and they will have built AI applications and developed the skills to create production-ready AI solutions.
Why This Course?
- Build AI-Powered Applications:Learn to create chatbots, AI assistants, agents, multi-agent systems, and automated workflows.
- Practical, Hands-On Learning:Learn to extend AI assistants with MCP tools and custom integrations. Develop real applications from scratch, not just toy examples.
- Expert Mentorship:Get direct guidance from an AI engineering expert.
- Community & Collaboration:Work with other engineers, exchange ideas, and build together.
- Over 15 hours of recorded materials to dive deep into the course content.
What your team will learn
- AI application architecture and LLM fundamentals
- LangChain workflows and LangGraph for complex agents
- RAG pipelines with structured and unstructured data
- How MCP works and how to create MCP agents and servers
- How to integrate MCP tools with coding assistants and other clients
Course Structure
- Weekly Recorded Sessions (over 15 hourse per week)
- Weekly hands-on assignments
- Weekly Live Q&A Sessions (1-2 hours per week)
- Hands-on projects including chatbots, RAG apps, and multi-agent frameworks.
- Final capstone hackathon to build and deploy a complete AI application.
Hands-on Projects
Throughout the course, participants will build and deploy production-ready AI applications, including:
- Chatbots & Virtual Assistants:Build AI-powered assistants that interact naturally with users.
- RAG Applications:Enhance AI responses with external knowledge sources.
- AI Agents & Agentic Systems:Develop LLM-powered agents that reason, plan, and execute tasks.
- Multi-Agent Frameworks:Create ecosystems of collaborating AI agents.
- AI Task Automation:Automate workflows and repetitive tasks using AI.
Capstone Project in Final Hackathon
- Develop and deploy a fully functional AI-powered application.
- Work individually or in teams on a project of your choice.
- Receive mentorship and feedback to refine your AI project.
Who Is This For?
- Software engineers who want to integrate AI into their applications.
- Developers interested in LLM-powered applications, automation, and AI workflows.
- Engineers looking to build and deploy full-stack AI applications with LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases.
This cohort can be run as a private session for companies with the possibility of remote or in-person deep dive sessions and hackathons.
